Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026. By using Digital Hub MM you agree to these terms.

1. Orders and delivery

Game top-ups are digital goods delivered to the Player ID you enter. Please double-check your Player ID and Server ID before paying — delivery to a wrong ID cannot be reversed once the provider has fulfilled the order.

2. Payments

Payments are accepted by wallet balance and MMQR. An order is processed only after payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but delivery fails, the amount is refunded to your wallet.

3. Refunds

Refunds are given when an order fails and cannot be delivered. Completed deliveries are not refundable. Region-restricted packs listed on a game page are the buyer's responsibility to check before ordering.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

5. Changes

Prices and availability may change with provider pricing. We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
